| Assessors and Internal Verifiers Oakleigh Training & Development is an expanding private training provider, delivering Apprenticeships and stand alone NVQ qualifications in Hospitality, Retail, Warehouse, Storage and Distribution, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Team Leading, Leadership and Management, and A1 unit’s to employed learners of any age within the workplace. We are looking to increase our team of Assessors and Internal Verifiers to build on existing work carried out by Oakleigh Training & Development, and to continue to grow the company in delivering accredited training programmes. You will need excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate at all levels with learners, employers and all other external bodies. Good organisational skills are essential as the role is very self managing; you will be expected to organise your own diary, make your own appointments and maintain your own caseload of learners. Skills for Life experience would be desirable. The role is very target driven in order to meet profiles and contracts with our funding bodies, we are therefore looking for team members who are self motivated and able to rise to the challenge of meeting targets and able to work to deadlines. Experience of work based learning within the above sectors is essential as we require the right people to step straight into this delivery role. The role requires travelling throughout the county of mainly Surrey, however, with the expansion of the company we are looking for those who enjoy driving and are flexible to travel further afield within the South East. It is therefore essential you have access to a car on a daily basis. You will be of smart appearance and professional in your approach. In return we offer a competitive salary package ranging from £16,000 up to £25,000 depending on experience. Plus private health cover, bonuses on top of salary and a range of incentives.
